Passionate about food from a youthful age,
Sandeep Ail’s culinary expedition began with his pursuit to recreate instant noodles as displayed on the packaging. Although accomplished in a wide range of cuisines, including Pan-Asian, European, and Italian, he decided to focus on Indian cuisine as it was closest to his heart. At Punjab Grill, he has reintroduced Indian food with contemporary sensibilities while retaining its essence. Chef Sandeep is renowned for narrating stories through his dishes. A story glutted with feelings, experiences, and most notably, love. Great food is first feasted by your eyes before it goes in your mouth.
