Aranya – Main Dining Hall
The Sanskrit word ‘Aranya’ (अरण्य) translates to ‘forest,’ symbolizing a woodland or a place of natural wilderness. Conceptualised by designer Ms. Soni Aggarwal, the space draws inspiration from a lush forest canopy. Verdant greens, warm natural textures, and cascading botanical elements create a feeling of stepping into an elevated indoor sanctuary.
Soft, diffused lighting enhances the sense of calm, while refined brass detailing and handcrafted accents add a touch of grandeur. Aranya is designed to make every meal, from casual lunches to celebratory dinners, feel like an experience rooted in warmth and sophistication.
Peacock Room – Private Dining
The Peacock Room is Punjab Grill’s signature private dining enclave with an exclusive space crafted for intimate celebrations, family gatherings, and bespoke events. Inspired by the elegance and symbolism of India’s national bird, the design incorporates graceful peacock-inspired motifs, jewel-toned textures, and luxurious finishes that evoke beauty, pride, and subtle opulence.

The Lotus Bar serves as the stylish prelude or finale to the Punjab Grill dining experience. Drawing inspiration from the lotus, a timeless symbol of purity and renewal, the design blends sculptural forms, soft illumination, and a sophisticated palette to create a serene yet contemporary atmosphere.
